Hispanics in engineering have been earning an increasing share of all post-secondary degrees, especially at the bachelor's and master's levels. Even so, they remain under-represented in engineering and lag their white peers in rates of degree completion. Start Engineering publishes educational materials to help today's youth understand and identify pathways into STEM careers like engineering and cybersecurity. We also develop informational resources for educators to guide and encourage their students to find the STEM pathway that's right for them.
